For every quote requested, a form containing surnames, first names, address, client telephone numbers, and a description of services must be completed.
For every reservation, a form with surnames, first names, address, client telephone numbers and a description of services must be completed.
Credit card details will be taken to guarantee the booking.
The credit card details will only be used to guarantee the cost of services, either in advance or on the day.
The credit card details given as a guarantee can only be debited in case of a no-show, cancellation for exceptional reasons, non-payment of services or at the request of the client.
Accepted means of payment: cheque, cash (payment in the vehicle or in the agency), and credit cards (payment in the agency or via the website).
Prices are inclusive of all taxes. The price will be taken as that on the day of reservation, or according to the specific quote.
Any changes requested by the client or made necessary by circumstances outside our control, will incur a readjustment of the price.
In the case of journeys with multiple pick-ups or drop-offs requested by the client, the price will be revised and a new price given.
If significant changes occur during the journey, a supplement may be added to the pre-established price and must be paid there and then.
We cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by:
The cancellation or delay of a connection or flight, a missed connection or flight;
Travel conditions (strikes, traffic jams, diversions, accidents, protests, road works…)
Weather conditions (leading to a revised speed or hold-ups);
The vehicle breaking down or being involved in an accident:
The late arrival of one or more clients:
The responsibility of the carrier covers damages and injuries from getting on and off vehicles, except in cases caused by the actions of the client.
Packages cancelled less than 7 days before the departure date will be charged at 50% of quoted cost;
Packages cancelled less than 24h before the departure date will be charged at 100% of quoted cost;
Excursions (or other services) cancelled less than 24h before the departure date will be charged at 100% of quoted cost.
In the case of a no-show, all reserved services will be charged.
